FIVE GUYS BURGERS are the BOMB!! and their cajun fries rock!!! note: Regular ($6.99) burgers come with 2 patties, little burgers ($4.99) come with 1 patty. Toppings are free (including mushrooms, green peppers, and all the other usual suspects).
BQM: Ossington location great, Queen West location (service sucks)
Sweet potato fries are good (i mean typical you can't really screw them up). They have different pint specials (aka Sapporo for $5.99 on tuesdays) each weekday.
Johnny Burger (Scarborough): Tried and true charbroiled burgers - great for after clubbing. The decor hasn't changed in the past 30 years, but the burgers hit the spot. Flaky buns, non pretentious, classic burger - Great service
M burger: Nice restaurant, but burgers are expensive for the quality. Don't waste your money getting the $20 kobe burger. I don't think this restaurant will be around long. It's a burger joint trying to club/lounge.
Kraft Burger: classic burger deal (comes with fries/onion rings, soft drink, and burger) for $10 is pretty good. Burgers itself are ok. Pretty consistent burgers.
